I hope all is well!
I'm planning on adding some new classes to the schedule (WHOOP!!) so I’m hosting demos (aka sample classes) AND you’re invited to try out the class formats, meet the instructors and get a workout in! (Keep in mind for an instructor a demo is like an AUDITION and can be nerve-wracking for even the most seasoned instructor. Please keep an open mind!) :-)
If you’re available and interested please reply by FRIDAY 9/14 at the latest.
HOW LONG ARE THE DEMOS?
Each demo will be approximately one hour long.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR/BRING?
For the dance fitness classes please wear workout shoes and comfortable workout attire.
For the NON dance fitness demos wear workout attire, bring a yoga mat and be prepared to take the class in bare feet and/or socks with rubberized soles.
